With over 12 years of experience predominantly in Private Equity, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Audit, and Accounting advisory which entails Fund accounting and auditing, Investor reporting, Business planning, Forecasting, Internal controls and Treasury.

• Before joining Trifecta, he was a Finance Controller at GenNx360 India Advisors Private Limited supporting the investment fund finance operations of its parent Private Equity firm GenNx360 Capital Partners and managing business finance and controllership functions for the Indian entity.
• His stint with KPMG India as a consultant involves handing clients across sectors like Airline, Private Equity, Telecom, Media, Technology & Financial Services industry.
• He is a vivid badminton player, loves travelling and adventure.

He began his career with Ernst & Young (S.R. Batliboi & Associates) as part of the Financial Services audit team during his articleship, which served as his introduction to the broader lending ecosystem and financial institutions landscape.

He later joined Jai Kisan, where he was part of the risk team focused on developing anchor-based funding programs for rural and agri-supply chains.

In his last stint with GetVantage, he partnered closely with new-age economy startups to structure and fund their growth.

He is deeply passionate about the intersection of finance, technology, and entrepreneurship.

Arsh Jain is an Analyst at Trifecta Capital, with three years of prior experience at Bain & Company, where he worked across multiple cost reduction and transformation projects, including G&A optimization, organisational restructuring, and offshoring strategy. He has also completed internships with Lumis Partners and Axis Asset Management Company. Outside work, Arsh is a multi-disciplinary artist. Arsh has been into storytelling since past 6 years, through directing and writing plays/ films. His work have travelled all across the country with my latest feature film screening at the International Film Festival of Rotterdam in January'26. Apart from this, He is also actively compose music and practice graphic design/ animation.
